We use one of the virtual meeting platforms (e.g., GoToMeeting) to provide virtual assistance. We can share our screen to demonstrate features and tasks or work on your site together. Hours are sold in packages of 8 or more and expire in 60 days (to allow for proper staffing allocation). Based on the type of support you are looking for there may be a small ramp up time required to become familiar with your SharePoint set up, your security model, and your broader business requirements.
